Toast opened its doors last year with a Lowcountry inspired menu in downtown Charleston. Owner, Sam Mustafa, has many years of experience in the restaurant business. Since 1990 Mustafa has opened a total of 15 restaurants. With a passion for a laid back lifestyle, Mustafa wanted to add menu items that incorporate an exclusive part of the world. “
